We’re delighted to publish our 2020/21 quality accounts, which include details of our effectiveness, governance, commitment to quality and improvement, and our priorities for 2021/22.

This year has been challenging, as we have faced into the impact of the pandemic on our services. As with any health and social care provider, our colleagues have had to work under immense pressures to deliver high-quality care to our service users.

Given these considerable challenges, we’re incredibly proud to have continued to deliver good quality outcomes across all our services.
