Role:

To ensure that the Association (Mental Health Concern) is administered in accordance with its “Memorandum and Articles of Association”

i.e.

The objects of the Association are to promote, improve and advance health in general and mental health in particular and the prevention & treatment of mental disorders without distinction as to age, race, sex or political, religious or other persuasion. In carrying out these objectives the Association shall have regard to promoting the health and mental well being of society in general and in particular, those persons who participate in the activities of the Association.
